My name is Mandy, and I am one of those very fortunate people who really love their job! I have been working in the Pest Control industry for over 15 years with a wealth of experience from consultancy, training, surveys, audits and Field Biologist inspections. Although I can provide a service to large food companies, I also thoroughly enjoy the variety presented to me with domestic work.
The industry is constantly changing with new products on the market and changes to legislation. As a member of the BASIS Prompt scheme, I continually earn my CPD (Continuing Professional Development) points over the year, to ensure that I am kept up-to-date with this fast moving industry. It helps to enhance my personal skills and proficiency, and to develop my skills and knowledge to maintain a sustainable and competitive advantage.
I am proudly a member of the Register of Tradeswomen; a UK-wide register of trustworthy, and verified female plumbers, electricians, gas engineers, painters, gardeners, carpenters and other trades. As a survivor of Coercive Abuse and Controlling Behaviour myself, I can fully understand a client’s need to feel comfortable with a tradesperson within their own home.
